Returns & Refunds

Because each Whiteout item is printed to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email support@whiteoutlifestyle.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts.
